This phase consists of the establishment of communication channels. TCPMPL uses a static approach in the establishment of communication channels. It establishes N*(N-1) communication channels for any process to communicate with any other process. TCPMPL uses TCP connection as a communication channel to communicate with any process within the group and with the initiator.
