Hotel Registration

Hotel Registration Hotel space is limited, so please register early. All hotel reservations are made through the conference organizers. Availability and choice of rooms (single/double occupancy) are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that there are a limited number of single rooms, so where possible, request a double suite (these are two-level suites, with bed and bath on each level). All meals are included in the hotel price.

Hotel reservations after 4/27/2001 will be made on space available basis.

If you wish to stay outside the conference center, you must make your own arrangements. Since costs for conference center meals are included with lodging, you will need to pay for your own meals if you do not stay at the conference center. This is on a first-request basis, since there are a limited number of outside meal reservations available.
