Self-Assembled Arrays of Quantum Dots

made by electrochemical synthesis starting with a pice of Aluminum. These self-assembled arrays
have been deposited on both sapphire and silicon substrates. This research is conducted
in collaboration with S. Bandyopdhyay from Virginia Commonwealth University and M. Pechan
from Miami University (Ohio). :
