  • Northrop Grumman Corp. (Xetron Site), RF/Analog Electrical Engineering Co-Op position, Cincinnati OH (6 Quarters):

  • Participated in the design and was responsible for the production of a unique wide band double polarized antenna that will be exposed to a robust array of field conditions.

  • Designed and built multiband collinear antennas encased in a concealment package to suit our customer’s needs.

  • Tuned low noise amplifier circuits for a high powered RF radio to be placed on NATO AWACS planes.

  • Was responsible for troubleshooting and creating test procedures for digital, RF, and power supply Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA’s).

  • Created matching networks to impedance match antenna designs in a multitude of emplacement environments.

  • Trained senior technicians and support engineers perform advanced test procedures.

  • Built and debugged complex wire harness designs functioning in RF, power, or digital applications.

  • Tuned resonator and digital switching networks for RF filter design.
