co-op or other experience and responsibilities

  • IMLP Co-op, General Electric (2 Quarters): Worked with database owners to develop permanent process maps essential to granting users system access. Tracked and maintained software defects to retain data for future traceability. Worked with other departments to grant users, on an international level, access to software clients. Analyzed and made recommendations for reducing and eventually eliminating a 20-year-old, business critical interface written in COBOL.

  • Product Engineer, Texas Instruments (2 Quarters): Developed burn-in Programs to simulate the lifetime of semiconductors. Developed VLCT programs to test reliability of electrical fuses on semiconductors. Scheduled and tracked day-to-day testing for 15,000 device process qualification.

  • Product Engineer, Texas Instruments (2 Quarters): Wrote test programs in C to test flash reliability. Interfaced with applications and design teams to develop testing methodology for next generation flash devices. Discovered a serious flaw in the design of experimental flash test chip; worked with the design team to find the source of the problem and a metal fix was created that could be applied to future devices. Worked with applications team to problem solve flash erase issue seen by customer.
