  • Student in Engineering Co-op, Duke Energy W.C. Beckjord Generating Station (Part-Time): Currently working on U5 and U6 controls upgrade. Installation of new Beckjord Unit 5-1 Induced Fan outlet damper drive controls.

  • Student in Engineering Co-op, Duke Energy W.C. Beckjord Generating Station,(4 quarters): Currently taking part in U5 and U6 controls upgrade. Installation of stations first wireless transmitter system. Automation of Beckjord Unit 1 SO3 sulfur conditioning system with PLC. Designed and implemented switchgear logic for stations R.O. system. Inspection and repair of electrostatic precipitators. Daily electrical system troubleshooting along with monitoring of station PI system.

  • Student in Engineering Co-op, Duke Energy 4th and Main Office,(2 quarters): Responsible for analysis of data for benchmarking, targets, and budget for all coal fired generating stations in system.
