- Developed “Ongoing Performance Assessment” (OPA) Database backend and frontend
- Monitored and updated the “Supplier Scorecard” process/database
- Mapped business needs to technical requirements for a tool to track and facilitate the entire quality monitoring process
- Developed and deployed quality monitoring tool, including both the internal application and external facing reporting tool

- Developed web applets to allow suppliers to both monitor and provide feedback on current quality situations
- Performed data mining and analysis on the “Manufacturing Resource Planning” system database containing over 2 terabytes of data
- Developed tool to collect marketing data from over 80 field sales reps
- Researched and presented possible solutions for submitting “Medical Device Reports” to the FDA by electronic medium; this included working with the FDA to conform to their current standards
