- Pictures uploaded - Movie Night (POTC 3) - 12/07/2007

The CS GSA organized an "End of Exams - Movie Night" event on 12/07/2007 with free food, pop and a screening of the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End". More than 50 people from the CS and ECE departments turned up. See pictures here.


- OnCampus job opportunity - Web developer position - Apply ASAP

The GSGA is looking to hire a graduate student who is not funded fully by their department/research and is proficient with web development to work on GSGA's website. Please submit your resumes to Ezgi Akpinar (akpinae@email.uc.edu) by 12/07/2007, as they are looking for someone to start working by the Winter Quarter on the project. Make sure you mention that you received the information from the CS GSA. (Contact Aravind Ranganathan (Secretary, CS GSA) to get a referral).


- End of Exam Movie Night - 12/07/2007

Come and celebrate the end of exams with FREE food and movie !!

The CS GSA is screening the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End", just out on dvd, on the last day of the exam week for the graduate students, faculty and staff of the CS and ECE departments. Come for the pizza and stay for the movie !!

The event details are as follows:

Venue: ERC 427
Date: Dec 7, 2007 (Friday)
Time: 4:30 PM (Movie starts at 5PM)


- Exam week coffee break - 12/02/2007 to 12/06/2007

Working late preparing for your exams? Take a break to refresh yourselves.

Free Coffee and other hot beverages will be provided by the ECE GSA from 9pm - 2am in ERC 536 during the exam week - from Sunday, December 2 to Thursday, December 7.
