Achievements and Activities:
- Won the GSGA award for best GSA !!
- Conducted the ECECS Department Poster Symposium in association with IEEE and Eta Kappa Nu.
- Exam week coffee break: Provided free beverages during Exam week in Fall, Winter and Spring quarters.

Agenda:
- ECECS Graduate Poster Competition and Undergraduate Poster Exhibition
- Creation of a forum for graduate students to discuss important issues and concerns.
- Provide free beverages during Exam Week.
- Organize pizza breaks and/or graduate mixers based on prevailing conditions and availability of funds
- Creation of a student advisory council with sufficient representations from different sub-disciplines in ECECS.
- Increasing the presence of ECECS specific recruiting companies on campus (ECECS only job fair or increased participation in University career fairs)
- Collaborative Learning through conduction of voluntary
crash courses and workshops, offered by senior graduate students. (cross diciplinary)
- Fundraising and Visibility Creation: Organize and involve in different fundraising initiatives for the department (students) and relationship building with technology powerhouses.
- Marketability of our department: Participate in an initiative to relaunch an improved website for our department/s.
- CPT/Internship/Funding: Work with the department and college to find avenues for mutual benefits to the departments' academic standards and graduate student needs.
- Travel Funds Authorization: Authorize travel fund application for graduate students and provide most up to date information of travel funds through gsa website.
