Title: Gross Pay For Salesperson

Purpose: Input the hourly rate, number of hours worked, number of sales and sales amounts for a salesperson and compute his/her gross pay.

Description: After displaying a brief description of the program, have the user input the salesperson's hourly rate, number of hours worked, and number of sales made. Then have the user enter the amount of each sale. The salesperson receives a commission of 5% of the total sales amounts, and double pay for any hours worked after the first 40 hours. Display the gross pay rounded to the nearest integer.

This program calculates the gross pay of a salesperson.
