Assignment 2: Due Friday October 5

Assignment 2 consists of creating two webpages a personal webpage and a personal interest webpage.

To accomplish this assignment all students need an account on OZ. The machine is part of the Student Access Network and running under Digital UNIX. If you do not have an account on OZ, you can apply for one via the Web at http://OZ.UC.EDU/apply.html.

When finished you should send an email message your TA (kakkars@ececs.uc.edu)
indicating the URL of your personal webpage. The due date is before 11:59pm Friday, October 5, 2001.

For the e-mail Subject, say "CS 120 Assignment 2".

You are free to be as creative as you like with your personal P-webpage and your personal interest PI-webpage. You may use a code-generating program, such as MS-WORD, or write HTML directly. However, you must follow the following guidelines:

  1. No offensive language or images should be used.
  2. Your P-webpage should have a link to your PI-webpage, and visa-versa.
  3. Your P-webpage should have links to the main UC webpage and the CS120 webpage
  4. Your PI-webpage should have links to at least 10 webpages of similar interest.
  5. At the bottom of the P-webpage include a simple sentence that includes your name and date of page alteration: for example - "This Web page was created by Fred Annexstein and was last updated on October 1, 2001." Throughout the term, change the date whenever you modify this page.
  6. Using your name in the previous sentence, make an EMAIL LINK that sends a message to you at your primary email address
